As the owner of a 50th Anniversary 911 I hope to find the key fob you're sporting in pepita/houndstooth.

Thanks for posting -- there's not too much I would have done differently. Some of the choices are quite subtle but together looks fantastic.
I picked up the keychain from the Porsche Museum when I was at the factory this past December. I think it was like 49 euros, minus the 10% discount for PCA members.

It looks like Suncoast has them. About double the price, but hey, it's cheaper than buying an airplane ticket to Germany

For those who are interested, Porsche Museum also sells the keychains in various classic fabrics

Thank you for sharing the link at Suncoast. Did not know it was available there and now that I know, cancelled the order request from my dealership. My dealership ordered a similar keychain from Porsche Museum for my GT3RS, from where you originally bought your cool houndstooth keychain.

Drive safe,

Hello Footsoldier. Is that a keychain or a money/bill clip holder? Couldn't see the key loop ring. That's cool what you have , and did not realize that your item is one of many CXX options available.

I suppose with the extensive experience shared by unotaz here, members here now have a garden variety of ideas on their next Porsche besides just PTS color.

Drive safe,

Yes it's a CXX 'key pouch' black leather, brown sides
Sometimes it's just luck if you here about the options available I think!

Thanks for the link. I'm going to try to order this from my dealer, as Suncoast has a non-secure site for purchasing parts. Once bitten, twice shy.

One curiosity with your build is that the Porsche script on the doors was specified in red but clearly looks yellow to match your PCCBs.

My favorite all time Porsche WAS the 997 Sport Classic. Your 911R has eclipsed that (and probably more affordable!).

It's just how Porsche configuration works, you need to select the default stripe option and then input CXX requests to modify that option. If you look at my door sill, it's the same thing (carbon door sill option is selected, and then within CXX, it contained special requests).

Here is a beautiful shot of my R this morning right before I took off for Angeles Crest. Now she is proper dirty after the drive. Drove around 200 miles today and I now totally understand why the various media and owners rave about this car .

More in depth review to come later, too tired to type now!

Not a fan of garage queens but that truly belongs in a museum. WOW! Congrats!

One of the nicely optioned R's I've seen. Not even a green fan either. Nicely done!
