UltraViolet 991 GT3 RS Track Prep. Matching Roll Bar & Center Section Exhaust



We would like to present this Ultraviolet Porsche 991 GT3 RS that our client delivered to us with ONLY 44 miles from Fresno. To turn her into a weekend track warrior, we installed our BBi Roll Bar & Harness Safety Package and our Center Section Exhaust. Here are some pictures of the build progress that we would like to share:

Does anyone know why it has 44miles on it if brand new? Mine had 15kms or 9 miles when I picked it up from the dealer.

Jono809, The owner had the car shipped down here to a clear bra shop. And then he flew down to transport the car from the clear bra shop to ours.

First upgrade for this project will be installing our Safety Package which includes the bolt-in roll bar, Schroth Racing harnesses, and sub-belt brackets.



BBi StreetCup roll bar to match UltraViolet exterior. It is also customized with optional eyelet bolt provisions for clip-in harnesses, modified rear section to improved access to the rear compartment, and optional motorsports style reinforcement gussets.



Features

• 1.625" x 0.095" 4130 chrome moly steel tubing utilized for excellent strength to weight ratio
• TIG welded and utilizes "X" brace on front sections for superior strength and rigidity
• Mounts to frame structure (utilizing factory bolts) to provide strongest mounting points and maximum protection
• Utilizes laser cut mounting plates & inner diameter tube clamps that are CNC turned and milled for a precise fit
• Designed to work with stock seats or any aftermarket seats on the market
• Allows full seat travel to accommodate taller drivers
• Can be used with stock seat belts or 6 point harnesses for track use
• OEM fit & finish. The main hoop contours entire arch of the roof with an even 3/16 inch gap
• Finished in satin black powder coat. Other colors available Bolt-in installation requires no drilling and minimal carpet trimming

To achieve a perfect match with unique colors such as Ultra Violet, we have to use a custom mixed PPG paint instead of powdercoating







Schroth Racing Profi-II HANS Harness, Porsche GT3 Specific in Silver to Match Interior



Porsche GT3 Cup Cars come with Schroth belts direct from the factory. They are specific because of the lap belt attachment. They have a sewn-in bracket that fits perfectly on the factory mount. Standard belts require additional fabrication and a spacer to make them work. These are a bolt-in replacement which is much easier. The sub-straps have no adjusters to fit correctly in the vehicle, and the shoulder belts are shorter to reach the works cages with minimal excess.

• Shoulder: HANS Specific 2" tapered to 3" Shoulders
• Lap: Sewn-in B43A (GT3 Specific Hardware)
• Sub belts: LV11 with B14 Snap-in Bracket Wrapped-in
• Include hardware: 1 SG23 7/16" Eyebolt, 1 S3 Wavy Washer

BBi Sub-Belt Mount Porsche 991 GT3/ GT3RS / Cayman GT4



If you have the optional Sport Bucket seats and planning to install 6-point race harnesses, then you will need this bracket. Shown here as a pre-production example, this bracket bolts directly to the seat and keeps the harnesses at the proper 10-20° angle regardless of the seat position.

Next, we will swap out the secondary center mufflers with our BBi Center Section Exhaust To reduce weight and deliver a more aggressive exhaust note.

BBi 991 GT3/RS Center Section Exhaust with Optional Black Ceramic Coating



Made in the USA, the new exhaust is TIG welded out of brushed T304 stainless steel and features the main pipes merging in the middle to function as an x-pipe. For those who desire a slightly milder exhaust tune, this piece is a great alternative to our Cup-style Side Muffler Bypass Pipes. By retaining stock side mufflers and valves, the factory "sports button" feature is kept to conveniently switch back and forth between the aggressive "sport" mode during spirited driving sessions and the quieter, more civil "non-sport" mode for minimal noise on the highway.

Hmmmn, any better shots of the cage? I'm about to order this package not sure what color for the roll bar.

Hi Jlee504. Perfect timing! Right now, we have (1) Ultra-Violet one that was painted at the same time as this UV bar that is ready to ship.
