Default No roof rack on gt3 bummer!

Ordered the roof rack for 991 gt3 from porsche and dealer says there are no places on the gt3 to mount it. When you look on the site it clearly shows the gt3 as one of the applicable models.
Thoughts or experience anyone?

It also interferes with aerodynamics. You could end up with snap oversteer while trying to brake hard from +130 mph Mark

Dont forget its an alloy roof. May not be as strong as steel for the sea sucker?

I was thinking you could use the glass on rear window for the front cups and the rear wheel on the spoiler...

The wing is certainly strong and flat enough on the GT3 and RS I would think as would be the glass.

Have not measured the distances to see if it would work though...

Would be cool to see my mountain and road bike on my RS ...I'm sure it would raise a few eyebrows...lol

Here's a guy who put a hang glider on his Lotus using a Seasucker.

Let's hope no one with a rack on the roof would be doing 130+ that would just be silly

I have done 120 mph in Montana (before limits) in my third gen RX-7 with my factory ski rack converted into bike rack...had to build a support onto the rear glass as the roof line was so short.

bikes were solid though...
