Just finished subscribing. I always enjoy reading about anything Porsche and with Pete's reputation I know it will be great.

Now how long do I have to wait?

Good luck and respect!
My first reaction to the price...was yikes! No way!

And then I see Pete's response here.
And then I remembered how Pete helped me out, a stranger on the internet, unsolicited.
And then I remembered the COUNTLESS hours I've spent read reading Pete's material.

Can't the mods combine what is now three active threads on Pete or does he want three threads for more exposure.

Now there are 4 active threads. I hope he doesn't do 4 928 articles in the first year.

There are 5. You forgot the active "WTB Used 000 Magazines" ad in our classifieds.

Why the concern? You are posting the same thing in all the threads, move along

The want ad thread is closed. I bought the back issues. They are now in Pano as a joke and Craig's' List where the probable buyers are.

I was excited to see the news of the new publication via Zwart's IG post of his cover shot this morning. Congrats and best of luck with new venture.

I don't collect anything, and so ironically, the biggest hurdle to me subscribing to 000 Magazine is the fact that I will be discarding such nice publications.

I for one hope that the decision about a digital copy may be revisited at some point in the future. I enjoy GT Porsche exclusively that way (and that publication's higher resolution than Pano).

Pete,do you still have that cleaning lady in PAG? Perhaps you can hint some stuff about what's coming in the new magazine?
Good luck with the new venture!

Pete the best of luck on your new endeavor. I believe there is a market for your magazine. Porsche enthusiasts are a devoted bunch and anything related to Porsche gets their attention. If the initial reviews are good, I suspect you will see your subscription base grow.

However, every time there is a thread with a car that is a different color blue the clamoring and praising follows. I'm sure every one here would love to have one these "stooges" as a friend, just for the opportunity to lay their hands on one of the hardcover copies. i dont think the $ is exclusivity. it's really about value and preservation. as an architect i have a large volume of famous architect's monographs and high quality reproduction sketches and dwgs. this was backin 1990 in grad school each book was $100 or so... i stopped eating lunch and dinner maybe 1x every other night so i can keep buying these. i still have them. they were all beautifully done. now i used to subscribe to EVERY car magazing printed in english and chinese. about 40 mag a months. some of them are 50% covered with cigarette, liquor, and various ED (that's NOT european delivery mind you) advertisement. and many of them are on thin paper and falls apart before i even open them up. i dont save them, i TEAR each page out as i finished reading them. that's really how i do it. i dont want those ugly paper to muddy up my furnitureless house. i wnat some thing i can keep, hold, read, and re-read. and i am hoping that 000 is such material. and if so, $999 is a bargain.
