I will never put a deposit to be number something in line, because there are too many examples on rennlist alone of so many people getting screwed.
If I don't get a car without all this BS, I pay the market price for an existing car or a configurable build if I really want it and enjoy every bit of that car. My .2 cents.

If you really want a GT3 RS, they're out there for the taking.

The sad thing is that, when it comes to being "in the know" or being able to make commitments, most dealers are barely ahead of their customers. They really don't know much and can't do much.

So you can waste a lot of time this way.

I think it's a wonderful idea. I have a list of dealerisms:

"It's called supply and demand"
"That's how business works"
"I have a new boxster available at msrp instead of the GT3RS"

+ 1 - Buy now. Drive now. If you have an RS to trade in when and if the .2 comes out, you may have a better chance of securing one. Dealers like GT3 Trade-ins.
