I just moved to NY upper west side. My wife wanted to show me something she found out that day. It was a very unassuming garage entrance with a ton of cameras and security around it. It's the entrance to Seinfeld's supposedly 3-level garage: what I'd pay to take a tour inside that thing. After searching for parking/storage in/around NY, the thought of having a 3 level garage in Manhattan.......crazy envy.

I could see me being introduced to him: "great to meet you Jerry. Don't take this the wrong way, but it's your cars I'd like to meet, not you". I'm sure he's a great guy to meet but he'd be 2nd on my list behind his collection (and the garage that houses PART of it).

Thanks for positive comments. I was worried about the build, but I am very happy now that I got to see it in person.

The garage build got a little crazy... My town kept pissing me off, so I kept going bigger

The new garage was planned that I can place triple stacker lifts in each of the 4 bays. Each bay is deep enough for 3 cars.

Current plan is 1st bay: 4 Cars, 2nd bay: 3cars, 3rd bay: 3 cars and 4th bay: 4 cars, giving me space for 14 cars if I wanted. There is a 5th garage door which you can't see on the side for additional access.

I wanted to be able to garage 20 cars, but I am falling short by 1 space. The existing garage has space for 5.

Yeah all additional allocated RS are going to be MY16. At least that is what I was told.
