Just bought my wife a fun little toy to daily drive. I was hesitant at first, but after driving it and reading the specs, I think it's right up our GT alley. It weighs under 2400 lbs, 160 hp, Bilstein suspension, Brembo brakes, BBS forged rims and an incredible 6 speed shifter. It even has red stitching....LOL. All for $30K! Highly recommend this!

Great car! You'll be driving it more than the wife! I have an NB/no nannies, fun as hell! But I love the specs on the new one! They started going the wrong path with the NC,but they totally redeemed themselves with the ND!
Enjoy!

Do you miss the hp and refinement of the p car?

Funny this thread popped up. Looking to add either ND or 718 Boxster S to the 991.

Thanks Nick, but the wife definitely has priority on this one. Funny, when I posted this, I thought of you. The 6 speed is beautiful in this car!

Great cars, I drove one this morning. I'm on the list for the fastback RF. It was interesting to see Mazda's qualifications to buy one of 1000 launch RFs, must currently own a Mazda and 2 previous cars. Hello Porsche?

This was just an addition, so I still have my three 911's. Surprisingly though the car feels really solid and quick. I think the 0-60 is under 6, which is not too bad. Probably more if a momentum car. Go drive one, I'm sure you'll be as impressed as I was. Just make sure it is a club version.

It also has all the extras with bose, navi, bt etc.

Also it has a LSD, and a manual top that literally takes 2 seconds to close while sitting in the drivers seat.

Hey consolidated, do you know how much heavier the rf will be? And do you know if there will be any performance upgrades for the rf? I am interested in one as well.

My wife is daily driving one as well. Great little car.
I laughed when I saw the "free" red stitching...

Nick,
Sweet, buddy! Congrats to you and your wife. (But you should have gotten a red one....)
