My 2010 997.2 RS was my first Porsche. I drove it for 4 years and for almost 3 years as a daily. I put 25,000 miles on the car and did countless track days. Loved the car but my sciatica made heel/toe increasing challenging. And driving home from the track in stop and go traffic was torture. Very engaging on track and a positive experience, but after having the 991 GT3 for a couple of months I do not miss it at all! The 991 is so much more comfortable, and though I only use it for the track, it makes the ride to and from the track so much more enjoyable. Can actually listen to music or talk on the phone. And on track it is so composed and confidence inspiring and fast. On my second day at Pacific Raceways my lap time was 4 seconds better than the best I had in the RS. This is the perfect car for me.

If you want to be challenged to go fast, try a car with a significant suspension problem. I tried it, didn't like it.
