Available as a pair in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, and 7mm shims for the front, and 2mm and 4mm shims for the rear. Front and rear shims are not interchangeable.
It depends on how aggressive you want to go for a track setup. We recently had a GT4 in the shop for a track alignment and I believe the owner went with 5mm front and 7mm rear shims on his car. The GT4 shims are interchangeable, but not on the GT3 and RS.
