There will more produced worldwide than 911R......I think we will see 1200-1400 produced, with capability of doing a few more at end of demand is still there. At $265-$285k base it will eliminate a lot of the crowd .

I'm curious and excited to see what the turbos do in the GT2RS. Maybe turbo lag and non-linear response are a thing of the past. Seeing as how the whole fleet seems to be going that way (even Motorsports in the future?), if this one is absolutely stellar then it may be very encouraging going forward for other models too. Guess we'll just have to wait and see...

There we 500 2011 GT2RS produced. There must be at least 918 new model GT2RS to the 918 buyer coverage.

If the gt2rs is released soon and priced around $275k they will sell plenty. I'm not at all worried about turbo lag after having driven the 991.2 Carrera S. Only thing need fixing is the exhaust note.

No mandatory amount must be produced for 918 VIP program.....besides there are not 918 in program

Folks, it's too early to know if this will be a Limited Numbered Edition car or not.

Also, if it's the only RS in the 991.2 run to be produced, I doubt they'll go through the same madness as they did with the R, pissing off a lot of people.
