The entire project is very fascinating. Great job of reporting on it as well.

Now that the project is done can we have a few pieces of information:
1. Final weight compared to pre-weight
2. Final HP at wheels
3. Final cost of entire project.

Kind regards,

Raghu

Targa Trophy just featured the HG Motorsports Porsche 991 GT3 Super Street Cup. Check out the video below:

Even though this is a “street” feature, this car has seen more track time than street time. Just this week we had to scrape off all kinds of chunked up melted rubber from the body from a bunch of sessions at Circuit of the Americas in Texas. There, the car was seriously chasing down cup cars and we have video evidence of it exchanging places with Ferraris. In fact, check out this Instagram video:

Before COTA, it did plenty of sessions at Autoclub... and this car was only completed a mere few months ago. We have some photos from #COTA coming shortly as well as the color-change wrap that Modern Image did to prepare the car for Gold Rush Rally. Stay tuned for that. In the meantime, here are the photos from the Targa Trophy feature shot by Mo Satarzadeh:

Stay tuned for the COTA and Gold Rush Rally updates. Yes, I mean sub. Sub now.

nice job

but imo, the std 991rs wing is as good as it can get, yet haven't seen anyone mod a gt3 to mimic it.

^^^ The RS is an amazing car in it's own right. One thing I really like about this "Street Cup" is that it's not trying to look like an RS... it's something else. It really is the ideal build for someone who doesn't like keeping their car stock. You could say that a GT3 RS begs to stay stock thanks to it's collectible value. But a GT3 is an ideal platform for mods. -D

Everyone was eager to see how well the Super StreetCup performed against the regular GT3 and the highly capable GT3 RS. With HG's fearless leader Dieter Heinz behind the wheel, he was only one tenth of a second off of a GT3 Cup driver in a GT3RS at Circuit of Americas. A 1:24.1 versus a 24 flat was really impressive, especially when you factor in experience and hardware.

#SuperStreetCup at goldRush Rally

This is as good a time as any for a thread update…

Some keen-eyed members would have already spotted the #SuperStreetCup car elsewhere in its new mint-wrap guise. The wrap by Modern Image was done for Gold Rush Rally. Take a look:

The car has already proven itself on the street and on the track. It was now time for a full cross-country trek for the entire duration of Gold Rush Rally 8 #GR8TEST - Which also happened to include some track time.

Let’s let the photos speak for themselves. You’ll also be able to spot the Deadpool 991 GT3 wrapped by KI Studios, which is also one of our builds.
