rosenbergendo,

Do you have confirmation that your car is aboard Felicity Ace? What date did you enter Port Emden?

Just for the sake of comparison. Mine GT3 was on Sunrise Ace that left Bremerhaven (short distance from Emden) on 11/7. She arrived to Charleston SC on 11/19 and Brunwick on 11/20. PDI and clear for transport the same day. The car arrived at the dealer in FL on 11/28 AM; picked her up the same day. Mine original delivery date was 12/19. Hope this help.

A little bit off topic, but I guess pretty intriguing. Some boats seem to be quite long on GT3s on board while others just a few. For example Bess and the Mermaid Ace seem to be quite long while the Cougar Ace and the Felicity Ace appear to the on the relatively short side. Wonder why.

Mine sat in Emden for 18 days and missed both the Bess and the Cougar while sitting there at port. I really wonder how it works. I wonder why my car sat there so long. Maybe the guys at the port were taking joyrides in it or worse it got plunked somewhere during the transportation process. I guess I will need to have a keen eye at delivery.

Any thoughts?

One possible hypothesis: Looking at the shipping schedules and the expected ports, one factor could be the number of dealers that ship is effectively serving. For example, Mermaid Ace is stopping in Halifax, Davisville, and Brunswick, meaning it has cars for the east coast, Midwest, south, and all of Canada (a pretty large portion of N/A). Felicity Ace, on the other hand, is only scheduled to port in Brunswick meaning it would have cars for a much smaller region (ie just the south US)
