hi, I am trying to install on my 16 rs, did u notice there is an orange optical wire from the factory pcm? I don't see it on mine.

No optical cables on these cars. The sound plus option doesn't use it. You would need the Bose or Bergmeister to have the optical cables (MOS bus).
