Track wheels - 3-PC or Mono-B..?
I've decided on Forgeline wheels... And thought I decided on monoblock.
But after some additional reading, I'm thinking the ability to repair a 3-PC in a modular fashion might make more sense.
Any experiences or insight is appreciated.
Thanks!

mono is lighter
and modern look
i run BBS, both 3pcs and mono
i like 3 pcs look.
so all depends on what you want the look to be
wt different is really academic. just skip dinner and you will make the wt difference.

I've run both as well. If you plan on hammering the curbs the 3 piece might be a better option. On the plus side I have only damaged one wheel on track in 25 years. No damage on the street and Ohio has some pretty nice pot holes.

Burning Brakes
For a dedicated track car -- 3 piece
For a fancy, modern street car -- forged and pretty
Oh and that reminds me.... I have 3 sets CCW 10 wheels for sale. Some with good rubber

Monobloc Forgelines is what I recommend. I know Mooty is a BBS ***** but that is because he likes to align himself with the Germans. I think I will go with American Made! ;-)
Honestly I have a lot of experience with the Forgeline GA1 Monoblocks since they are ran on the #38 Cayman from Next Level European I drive in the IMSA CTSCC series. We abuse these wheels like you wouldn't believe. They bounce over curbs, take hits from other cars, and anything in between. If you are looking for a wheel that will take lots of abuse with no issue I would go that direction. Hit me up if you have any questions I can answer on them. And by the way I have a set on order for the RS that should be in production as speak.
