$50k?

Tell you what. You give me $20k, I'll kick you in the nuts with work boots for about 2 hours and we split the remaining $30k.

(With apologies to vegas vacation)

$50k over MSRP is not market...the dealership wants to take you for a ride. I would say market is MSRP to $20k over...

What is the premium over MSRP the dealers have been getting?

Thanks

In the meantime, why don't you call out one of your favorite dealers or the Rennlist sponsor, both of whom were selling RS' at a premium last week? Why not be an equal opportunity complainer?

it sure looks like it. They also had an ultraviolet rs there I asked what do want for it he said we were asking 359k and he said we just sold it for350k today. I am told the Scottsdale dealership is Penske,s most profitable Porsche dealer in their system. I guess there are a lot of crazy rich people over there, I don't' get it myself.

Let them sit. A lot of RSs still on the market for close to 90 days at grotesque mark ups. Auto Gallery a major player doing this. When Porche announces the 991.2 GT3 and RS they'll get the haircuts they deserve. Pigs wind up with nothing but mud.

Anyone dumb enough to buy at those numbers will not be happy either unless they don't care about money.

I could be wrong here but I bet there are some dealers who may have sold cars at msrp to special customers and cars over msrp to other not so lucky customers.

Please list any/all dealers you know that will sell a GT3 or GT3RS at MSRP right now. I'm sure there are many on this forum that would be very appreciative.

Yup, I'll bet you that a lot of the cars that dealers are asking a big premium for right now are likely cars that they speccd after the covered their short list of top customers at MSRP. Honestly, the majority of the RSs for sale at a premium on Auto Trader are used/resale cars, and aren't being sold by Porsche dealers.

Figure in 25k for sales tax on the rs purchase, and who selling one would ask for anything less than 75k over. They're not going to sell for less anytime soon...
I'm not selling, but if I did, it would be 399k...
And I would think most other pts guys are of the same mindset.

Cool story bro, but I could have bought a $212k MSRP Lava RS for $50k over from a private seller last week so your claim of no less than $75k over is wrong (if not for being Lava, I might have bought it since it would have meant no sales tax for me). Unless you bubble wrap and not drive your PTS RS, it won't be worth $399k. Besides, the financial markets are having a little heart burn right now...let's see where RS prices go later on this year. I'll bet you they don't go up, that's for damn sure.
