Joe, you got your money's worth in enjoyment re: the investment you made in the Spyder. Good for you! Best of luck with your current 991 gt3...and your future gt4!

Saludos,
Eduardo

Congratulations on the GT4. The spyder is wonderful car, but so is the GT4. After a while, I don't think you'll miss the spyder (unless you prefer driving with the top down).

Can you comment on your track driving enjoyment and satisfaction (not outright speed or lap times), comparing your GT3 and your spyder?

Spyder:
Easier to drive at the limit
Turn in for tighter corners more fluid
More fun passing faster cars
Needs more power for exiting corners

Gt3:
Sound is addicting
Power is corrupting
Corner approaching speeds can be intimidating

With the Gt3 the rear end still slows me down. The spyder does what I want it to do. The spyder was more fun to drive at the limit. The Gt3 sound and power is exhilarating. This could change once I really get a hang of the GT3.

I think a GT4 might be the perfect match....

Joe I think you'll sell the GT3 and end up with a modified GT4 in the end. Which begs the question, what will you buy to replace the GT3? Just a hunch....

Well, since the Gt3 is co-owned, selling the car in 2018 was the plan. We do have a deposit down on the next RS.....

The GT4 will be mine, mine, mine! Assuming I get one.... Lol

Thanks! This is exactly the synopsis I was looking for.
