Default Fabspeed 2009+ DFI Boxster/Cayman Maxflo Exhaust System

Fabspeed debuts its new Maxflo Exhaust system for the new 2009+ DFI Boxster/Cayman cars. Similar to the current system we have available for the 987 Boxster/Cayman, the system includes Dual Maxflo mufflers with dedicated 3.5” polished tips, and secondary catbypass “axle” pipes which bolt directly to the stock headers or Fabspeed headers. This system is a direct replacement for the factory muffler and saves around 5lbs/13.6kg and increases power by +8HP/9 ft-lbs of torque with the full setup. The new Headers use 200 Cell HJS Sport Cats versus the factory 400+ Cell cats to increase power and Torque throughout the RPM range. All necessary hardware for installation is included in the muffler system and installation is very simple with instructions provided on the website www.fabspeed.com
  • Manufactured from the highest quality T304 Stainless steel and C.N.C. mandrel bent tubing for ultimate flow and power.
  • Fabspeed larger 2.0"/52mm inlet pipes vs. 1.5"/38.1mm stock inlet pipes for increased flow.
  • No Check Engine Light!
  • Complies with factory Porsche Warranty and Emissions
  • Eliminates the 2nd set of unnecessary catalytic converters for reduced backpressure and better exhaust flow for improved sportscar sound. All 987 Boxster and Cayman cars come with 4 restrictive catalytic converters.
  • $1695 for the Maxflo Exhaust system
Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.

hmm does this work for the base 2009 Boxster? Info at your site? What is the cost of the system plus install and what dealers/distributor in my area 20720? Or I could come to you if I pulled the trigger...as a road trip is always fun for a Porsche. Am considering the PSE option and looking at options which are few so far for the 2009 cars!.

This system is a direct bolt on fit for all 987 Boxster/Cayman 2009+ cars. This system sounds great and will make for a nice drive home if you made the trip to our facility. I have heard from a few customers that the PSE doesn't sound so special on the Cayman and isn't worth the money. Our system sounds great all the time, makes power, saves weight and comes with beautiful tips.
PM sent with pricing.
Thanks,
