Anyone attempted to replace one (or both) on a 997? My Cayman (997 3.8 bored and stroked to 4.2 swap) is showing a P0016 Bank 1 camshaft sensor position code. The car idles and runs flawlessly throughout the range, so I'm thinking it's likely just a bad sensor. My real question is whether these sensors are accessible without dropping the engine (which is above my pay grade mechanically). Any input is much appreciated.
