My first Porsche was and is my '71 914 which I still have- will stay in the family. Also have a '73 914 so both my boys will have one when I get too feable to shift... think the Mex blue Spyder will stay in the family too along with the turquoise 993 I share with my older son. My younger son bought my 997.2 GT3 when I got the Spyder. Other than my 914's, that GT3 is one of my all time favourites.
Along the way, I've one of about all of them other than a 928... ( a tractor would have been handy on our acreage- my wife's lucky I never thought of that)

I've never owned a 981, but I currently have a 987 Spyder, a '87 951 that's heavily modified and a '82 928. I've previously owned multiple 944's, 951's and a beautiful Horizon Blue 968 cab.

1961 356 roadster garage queen (drove it to prom - only time dad allowed it)
1964 356 race-modified coupe (bought it 50/50 with my dad in mid-90's for $13,500... drove it most days to high school junior-senior year in the snow.. -lived in Michigan - spun it more times than I care to admit.. hit a deer with it, bent the bumper back and it was fine.... somehow survived my teens despite it).. being alive today despite my adventures in this car is purely an act of God. I don't believe in god so I'll chalk it up to luck.

550 beck spyder in 00's... definition of a suicide machine.. brother has it now... somehow both of us are alive.

C2s.... beautiful but boring in comparison... not homicidal enough, not even close.

Anyway.. that's my p-car history pre-981 Spyder which I own today.. have driven and tracked many Porsche's including 918 and other special ones but the ones above are the only ones I've actually owners. I need to dig up pics of the 356's, but those are pre-digital so harder to upload.
