Default Ohlins Road and Track on 981?

Has anyone actually put a set of Ohlins Road and Track struts on a 981? Not sure if they were ever released. Looked like they would be available early this year.
PM me if you have a source and/or price.

Considering X73 also if I can get just the springs and struts. Already have the sway bars installed.
Thanks

To close the loop, I received PM from a retailer that the RT are not available yet (July 2016) for the 981 chassis....bummer.

I know this is an old thread, but figured I'd update for anyone interested (including the OP). I recently emailed Ohlins and confirmed that the R&T DFV Damper is available for the 981 chassis. Link is below. I was quoted $2700 for the kit, which is surprisingly inexpensive compared to what I thought it'd cost.

Interesting....I have nothing but respect for Ohlins, coming from the motorcycle world. Would love to hear some real world experience. Are you going to pull the trigger?

I ran these for almost 3 years on my 997 RS and they were a very good single adjustable damper. For the $ Id venture to say it would be very hard to beat it.

Recently went with TTX... as an upgrade.

Yes, I plan to soon (+BBi Street Cup components). Also asked for a quote for TTX out of curiosity for a 981 non-GT4...they do not have an off the shelf TTX for this car, but can custom make it. Would likely be overkill for me, as I don't track nearly as much as some of the other members on this board.

Reading the multiple posts about your favorable experiences with these dampers is what made me go in this direction in the first place. When I checked in the summer (as the OP did), they weren't available...but recent inquiry shows that they are. Was going to go for JRZ RS Pro, but these seem to fit my needs better...

BONUS

The actual vehicle height
With both the preload and height adjustments
in their standard positions, the vehicle is
lowered approximately 20 mm when compared
to the original suspension. As the height
adjuster is turned one rotation, the position
moves 1.5 mm.

I see a lot of conflicting information on the internet in regards to this, so I would email an Ohlins rep directly for the most accurate answer.

Yeah, it seems to be available 'later this year' for the past couple years. Already emailed Ohlins directly and will try to get in touch with some vendors.

For the price there is no better damper I think. They're really good. The JRZ triple motorsport dampers are magical. So are the Ohlins TTX. But ... at 10k a set....

Any updates or feedback on these? I'm curious of course about rough road manners as well as use on track.

What range of ride heights are possible? I'd like to lower -10mm from base, but i think -20mm (x73 height) might be a little low.
