Three Wheelin'
I bet! The sound could bounce off the mountains and reverberate, enhancing the experience! Glorious!
Not withstanding the effects of periodical polar vortex events, this winter isn't bad. We are actually expecting early spring. Nonetheless, I need to get outta here! Can't afford to spend six months of a year in hibernation!

Met up with a bunch of great GT4 owners at the PEC today. With an anticipated once-in-a-decade storm scheduled to hit here tomorrow, you would have never known it today with nothing but blue skies. Good turnout with about 11 or 12 GT4s and my lone Spyder in attendance. It was my first time at the PEC and all I can say is make the pilgrimage!

Small update on the tire change.
I went with a small width increase to
245/35-20 front
285/35/20 rear
Michelin pilot Super Sport
This keeps the proportion of front to rear diameter the same at 1.039, and increases front and rear approx 0.3 inch diameter.
The end result visually seems to be that the wheel wells fill out nicely, and negate the need of spacers in my opinion.
I was very surprised about how far off the alignment was, especially the toe.. as carefully as I maneuver around potholes, norcal and San Francisco roads especially are unforgiving.
Need to redo the autodip on the wheels as expected after tire change, it all peels off. I might stay with bronze, or go black.. or really go nuts and do RS-style red wheels to match the brakes.
I like it.. now I'm going to drive it

If you had a flat, why not just take that wheel off and take it somewhere to get fixed? I'd be real nervous moving my car on a flatbed like that unless I really had to in an emergency. Am I missing something?

Had planned on that initially skl but I wanted to see how the roadside assistance was. I do find it funny that Porsche will pay for a tow but won't put a tire iron in the car.
I was pretty impressed with the service overall.

Jeff, when are you going to replace those nasty amber side markers???
Jealous you can enjoy your car while mine is tucked away. Dave's should be there soon as well... if not there already?
