Verry nice!

But, um, I'd get rid of the bellybutton on the dash.

Congrats and enjoy! Obviously, my favorite color!! Terra with contrasting carpet and Atlas console is awesome. The sport steering wheel is perfect - use it well!

Thanks, fast1! Here's a new shot taken today, with the clear side markers installed. Much better look, IMHO, for any of the gray or silver Porsche colors.

After looking at your picture with the clear side marker, I have to agree that it does look better. I have a meteor gray metallic 987, and there's no question that clear side markers would be more attractive. I suppose Porsche believes that the colored side markers are more visible in certaing lighting conditions.

They are only $32/pair from Bumperplugs.com, and take about five minutes each to install. It's a real cost effective cosmetic upgrade. The Euro spec cars all have clear lenses; I'm not sure if they use yellow bulbs. The US requirement is for yellow side markers, and Porsche seems to outfit all the US spec cars with yellow lenses and clear bulbs. But Audi started putting out their US spec cars with clear lenses and yellow bulbs at least seven years ago and I don't know why Porsche doesn't do the same. I think with the clear lenses on the fog lights on the 987 the clear side markers give a much cleaner, integrated look.

On my Cayenne S, I had the clear side markers installed by the dealer before I took delivery. That car is Titanium color, so just like your Meteor Gray it also seemed like a much better look. The dealer owed me a favor due to a few mistakes/glitches they put me thru in the sales and delivery process, so they offered me to choose something out of the Porsche Drivers Selection catalog as a good-will gift from them. The markers are a lot harder to install on the Cayenne than the Boxster, so I asked the to give me the markers, installed, as their "gift." At the time, that was worth at least $100, so it was a nice gesture on their part and I bought the Boxster from the same dealer.
