Still looking for a working CR-1 for my 968 if anyone has any leads...
@wi54545 - did you get your Continental install fully sorted? Curious how that's working out for you.

I'm taking a CR1 out of a 968 I am acquiring next week. It does not work. I have no idea why and don't want to get into the solve. Am not sure if I have the codes. It will be available come Tuesday.

I installed the new Porsche Classic radio in mine and I absolutely love it. Easy job and plug and play if you're lucky enough that a previous owner didn't chop off any harnesses while installing an aftermarket unit.

Hi there. I’m replacing my working CR-1 with the Porsche Classic too. Just curious how you plugged into the existing harnesses? I don’t want to cut the wires. Thanks!

Wondering if you need to sync your cell phone with the Classic radio for all the map/directions functions. Or can you use it in stand alone operation?
