Yes it seems they did. I can't decide on what to do with my 968 TS replica car on brakes. It now has stock 968 CS in the rear and MK1 GT3 in the front but since I want it to be more correct I am thinking of either big blacks in the front or repaint the rear ones and get big reds for the front.

Love these 968 TRS cars....

It was sad that for endurance racing they never could solve the blown head gasket problems running enough boost to be competitive.....given more time I'm guessing Porsche could have solved this issue....all according to the same article....something to keep in mind when tuning your TS replicas....

I noticed a few of the refinements in regards to intercooler venting,
and Freeer flowing exhaust pieces came later in the program. I believe Porsche just started building these 968 turbo RS very quickly with parts they had and didn't do much tuning at all. Things for better within a year on these cars but mostly because teams had to get better to keep the cars alive and competitive!
