968 CS race car
Looking at 1995 968 Club Sport that was converted into race car. Maintained with open checkbook. Recently rebuild engine and transmission. Logbooks for several race organizations. Low miles, but more important is zero hour motor. What is good price for this car? No spares. Tnx.

Road legal/registered or only track use? Track-only cars not often as expensive as their road going equivalents - i.e. too stripped out and chassis and ride set up only for hard track.

Hey Rich, I hear ya regarding looking at other cars. It's super expensive for an SP3 car. But I do appreciate the history and provenance of this particular car being an ex-Firehawk series. With that said, I'm gonna pass and just run my S2.
BTW, your ex blue CS was spectacular!!!

Burning Brakes
I know this car and the engine is reported to be the original, Michael Mount, who is the engine builder is one of the best. If you are looking to get it back to street trim it would take some work and $$$$. I was negotiating with the shop last year but ultimately passed on the deal.
