Thanks Rick, most kind of you.

the car will be on it's way shortly. We should have it on the 26th. Some good news, the seller found other rear 17" cup1 in the hatch in fine shape but most important, did you notice in the interior photo above what was missing? The console door! And can you image how hard it would be to find a matador red leather console door? Next to impossible. Thank god, the seller found it in the back seat area.

If the console door is damaged you can always go console door delete. I've always preferred it that way after owning an original console door delete car.

Good question. If this goes well maybe the matador will meet Raj's turbo some day and we'll have the answer for you.

That said, Flamenco is MUCH more common with 50% more produced then matador. They made 3!

Wow great buy Jeff, too bad I just happen to have gotten a brand new OEM 944 left rear quarter in primer grey from a overstock item at stevens creek porsche a few years ago for next to nothing $$$ I haven't parted a 968 for a few years sorry but someone in here is bound to have a parts 968 you could go drilling on for 20 hrs to remove the quarter?? Have fun and good luck with the new project

Smile new project

Congrads Jeff, interior is beautiful, what are the last numbers on vin#? I think you said a 92. I don't have any parts but I think you will do alright. Be sure to post pictures as your work starts.
