Its coming along slowly. Still had the airbag light after I cleared it but I think the resistor was not making good contact. So its working now.

Plan on buying a new gear shift **** and the Porsche classic radio. Then the interior will be perfect.

Depends on how the photo is marked internally, I know for one on a phone, sometimes I turn the phone sideways, but the phone does not recognize that and does not change the orientation.

That's my guess You can also lock the phone not to change orientation/rotation.

Cool...the steering wheel looks great.

If you do the shifter boot, Kyle has a threading tip for installing the **** button at only944.

Ok thanks Thomas.
If I buy a new **** from Porsche do you know if it all comes complete? i.e. It's not just the leather that you have to stretch over old ****.

I believe the dealer sells a complete weighted shifter.for a few benjamins..I opted for replacing the leather from Kyle.

I have the six speed insert from Kevin too, very nice. I have an aftermarket leather boot I think was easy to install.

I took a 944 leather hand brake and installed that with Kevens aluminum hand brake button to add a bit of flare. The hand brake is black, as I have been experimenting with two tone colors, as I have the same interior as yours.

Hey guys I have an issue with my CS steering wheel. When I turn it it makes a terrible grinding noise. I'm sure that it has to do with that airbag delete horn contact. I think its rubbing against the back of the steering wheel wrong, although the horn works. I just plugged it into that hole and then installed the wheel over top of it. Is that correct or am I missing a part? Like maybe that little spring with a contact on the end of it from the old wheel?
Also I am worried about taking the center horn cover off of the steering wheel. Last time I took it off it went flying across the garage and I was worried I broke the little plastic tabs that hold it on. Is there any way to gingerly take that off or do you just PULL?
