Great car. It's already @ $16.9K with 6 days to go.

Jeff, do you have any guess on what it will bring? I'm thinking around $25K????

I think it is worth $25K. I hear the seller is firm on $21K which isn't a bad deal for such a rare example, IMHO

Having bought my car with 48K way back, some things (shift ****, seats) seem to have a lot of wear. And I wonder why the engine- intake manifold in particular- is in rough cosmetic shape.

FWIW, I was just looking at a '95 cab with 37K miles that showed even more wear on the drivers seat than this one. The one I was looking at was tan in color.
Also, the intake manifold looked even worse than this one. Very mottled and discolored even though the rest of the engine compartment looked good.

I was thinking the same thing, particulary the speaker grill. I have 150k and mine is not worn that bad, but could have ben replaced. Same thing, my shifter **** at the top is not worn like that one.

People have different grease on their skin, use lotions, etc.

Also it is quite easy to roll back the odo on these cars, I would have to see documented proof to pay big bucks for a low mileage.

There is a 1994 white coupe with 17k on the clock and looks to be in good shape.

I'm seconding blue's offer to put eyes on the specimen in the original post. It's quite literally down the block from me. Hell, I might go see it just to see it.
