Porsche Archives Redesigned and Updated
Hi everyone
I finally finished the redesign and latest updates for my historical archives.
Most of you know the flachbau.com and turbosleichtbau.com sites which have also been updated ... but I encourage you to check out 911turbos2.com which for the first time ever published anywhere now includes disclosure of all 20 of the VIN's - which for two years I have been trying to track down unsuccessfully because they are buried in the standard turbo VIN series!
Now thanks to a fellow Porsche enthusiast and S2 owner I am in possession of official Porsche documentation from the era which confirms the VIN's (as well as other info which you can find on the site).
Interesting read if you do not know the history of this rare north america only Porsche turbo from the 964 series ... a true predecessor to the Turbo S Leichtbau.
Best to all for the holidays!
Mark
