We all deal with it.. You reach plateaus in a modification or restoration project. You think you have most everything you need and move forward and then you make changes.. suffer "project creep" and the plateaus can be $500 - $2000 increments in some case depending upon what you're doing.

I happen to think that rust repair, and engine mods can be the worst!

Even routine maintenance get getting extreme. For example:
* Vapor control valve $500
* Oil breather line $500
