Ok,... wow,... since that last posting did such a great job whipping you guys into a frenzy,...
I just thought that I really need to post this one too....

ooooooohhhhhh, myyyyyyy,.... not even sure where to start on this one.
Maybe all I'll say is.....

Barca Lounger.... (and even then, the massage therapy center attached to these seats is not worthy of the title "barcalounger")...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1991-Porsche...m=112304568256

Ok maybe a GmbH Koenig deserves better than my flippant comments,... but this rendition does absolutely nothing for me. It just proves how much of a purist I am. Apologies to those I might offend by not liking this one much.

Not my taste and there are just far too many questions about it. Appears to be a Japanese import probably a 90 not a 91 but registered in 91. I am guessing it was repainted and poorly done making it look even worse.

BTW the recaros were a very expensive option from Porsche back in the 80's

Not PTS it is slate gray as noted on the CofA.

At least we know the rear bumper has been painted. Probably other parts as well. Speedlines have small "i" so these are not original to the car. Door cards replaced. Fan repainted and who knows what else.

this not so bad for a car of this age to have front and rear bumpers sprayed etc... the fact it has real Porsche speedlines at all is a solid. Door cards replaced on a car of that age IMO an upgrade assuming the right ones were used...maybe they were recovered. Fan repainted again don't see as a big negative... what else? maybe some bad maybe some good...

Normally I would agree. Knowing these cars I usually find one goes hand in hand with another Just pointing out it needs to be looked at closely.

Besides Rennlist, 6speedonline, Pelican, PCA, Fleabay, and BaT, where are some good places to find 964 turbos?

I would say RL is best because there are a lot of cars that members are aware of that are possibly not advertised (or not advertised well).

Came across this one that is selling for a very reasonable $170k. Any thoughts on if it's worth the risk?

https://www.autohandler.net/current-inventory

The link is to their whole inventory. can't get a direct link since I'm posting from mobile. Pretty easy to figure out which car it is though. I have a contact (indy Porsche shop) locally who may be able to check it out. If it were blue, I think I'd already own it. But if it checks out, might be a good buy at that price.
