I was stunned at the asking prices of the three cars featured in the links below. In your opinions, is this a true representation of the market for these cars today? By the way, I read on this forum that the red car has an asking price of $375,000.00!!

Yes,
That is the true market prices these days, the 19,500 mile car is undervalued for $195,000.
My uncle got a car from a renowned dealer in Texas with 28k miles Black/Cashmere beige Turbo 3.6 for $250,000.
I have my experiences with it, basically economics 101 demand vs supply.
These cars are getting rarer to come by day by day. Sold overseas to collectors specifically in Germany, Middle East etc.
I know of 10 cars in Kuwait including mine who are from the U.S spec C02 cars that came here(imported).
Porsche only made 1,500 Turbo 3.6 (that includes the Slant Nose variants and Turbo S package cars.) The car is rare in todays production scale numbers, in fact I was abroad 45 days vacation in South of France and saw a 1955 Gullwing, 3 La Ferrari's, 3 918 Spyder's, 2 Mclaren P1's , 1 Carrera GT and no Turbo 3.6
When you think of it as another perspective its the last true "Turbo'd Porsche", RWD , Single Turbo, air-cooled no traction control and a manual gearbox with the "authentic 911 silhouette", the 993 was a wider and not the original look. Added factor Porsche only made 1,500 Turbo 3.6 between 93-94 whilst in 96-98 they made 5,850 993 Turbo's.

IrishTurbo2: Beautiful car. With the market the way it is, I would not be surprised to see that car fetch $300,000.00 or more. Will it be sold with or without reserve? Cheers. Chip.

Is this the market today for 964 3.6 Turbo's
Prices are still going up in high speed.
I think about selling my '93 3.6 Turbo in Polar Silver with a Marine Blue
full leather interior...I am the second owner with complete historie
and all the details from day one.
At the moment one for sale in France and another in Italy, starting
with € 250.000.....

When many cars come to market at very high offer prices - as is the case now - it usually serves to push prices down not up. I have not heard of anyone - supported by factual data not anecdotal word of mouth statements - actually paying $250k+ for a 3.6 Turbo.

Black/Cashmere Beige with Polished Speediness. with 28k miles.
I will get the invoice from my Uncle, bill was $400,000 which included in the purchase a 8,000 mile 930 Turbo Slant Nose (Red/Beige with Red pipping).
If you don't believe me pickup the phone and call Ray Joseph and ask him.

I don't doubt what you are saying ... but why do you think that over paying for a car (which I think you did - even at today's prices) particularly 'in April well before anyone ever listed such cars at those prices' - is something to be proud of?
Here we talk about the great deal we got ... there you talk about how much you paid - no matter what the car is really worth ...hmm? If that is the case I have a lot of cars we should be talking about you buying from me ;>)

I am just stating the facts and being as clear as open as possible can. I never said I was proud or unproud of it. Just being factual for everyone's benefit.
I didn't buy it, that's my uncle.

I know of cars that have traded for more.
I also wondered what happened to all of these cars that have recently been put up for sale.
If someone has the means and is comfortable to purchase at these prices, who's to say they
paid to much?
These cars may be worth little in the future or perhaps this may seem like a deal in a few years.
I'm just amazed at how many appeared with 30k or less miles recently.

Don't comment on prices but here some ( high ) prices, European market, recent transactions :
One Amazon Green 3.6 Turbo with 39k kilometres sold for 188k€ ( USD 240k ), one Cobalt Blue 3.6 Turbo with 41k kilometres sold for 178k€ ( USD 228k ).
Lately ( 15 days old ) one Speed Yellow 3.6 Turbo X88 / X89 sold for 270k€ ( USD 346k ).
... but I also have noticed two 3.6 Turbos ( Germany ) respectively priced at 110k€ ( USD 140k ) and 120k€ ( USD 153k ) staying already two months and not sold.
Cars are modified.
I think the Silverstone Auction held November 15th in England will give a pretty clear idea of what current market is for a nice and low miles 3.6 Turbo

This is, IMO, more worrying
