Default C2 Transmission mount bushing

Hi guys,
Quick question. I am replacing my transmission mount bushing with a PU Powerflex one. On reassembly, I noticed the lower arm didn't line up perfectly horizontal. After inspection I found that in the old bushing, the bolt hole was a little off centre. Is this normal? Is the bushing eccentric?

Old bushing;

In the Powerflex bushing, the hole is perfectly centric.

At first, I thought it was wear and the bushing 'sagged' somewhat. But the hole is off centre upwards which wouldn't make sense. Can't seem to find anything on the web stating that the bushing would be eccentric.

Your thoughts please.
Cheers,
Stig
