Got it. The old stubby allen key with racheting box end wrench technique. I have a box full of them courtesy Porsche engineering.

My '91 964 - checked alignment in the garage, not alignment machine. Also re-set ride height. Here are the numbers:

Front

Driver Passenger
Height: 125mm Height: 125mm
Camber 1.4º 1.3º
Toe (in) 30' 30' Total - 0.375" (60', 9.5mm) 30' per side by my rusty trig

Rear

Driver Passenger
Height: 227mm Height: 227mm
Camber 2.4º 2.3º
Toe (in) 0 to 1/32" total less than 1.5mm

Rake turned out to be exactly 1º per the book.
Car is on 17" BFG R1's 275/225

I'm thinking I need 2 more degrees camber on front and a little less toe-in in front. Rear is ok.
Rear amazingly if you look at my pictures of the setting was close to being on. Front ride height was between 7-14mm too low which was a problem. Measured dimension are accurate using all thread at proper points and home made alignment tire friction discs.

Any comments? Thanks

More camber front. 2.5+
Less toe front. 0 to .5mm per side toe in or toe out depending what you like
As much caster as you can get without rubbing.
Rear is typically a tick less camber than what you have up front. 2.2 maybe
Rear tow 2mm per side toe in. You need that for stability.

Has car been corner balanced?

Thanks. Agree that I need 2.5+ in the front and a little less toe in front.

Car has not been corner balanced yet. I wanted to hit ride heights first at least because I may not be able to get corner balance done in time for track day. Drivers front was 14mm lower than RS, that can't help.

I will be able to get alignment done by track day. 2.7 camber front should be reasonably easy, I have camber plates
