Hi guy's . A buddy of mine have some problems with his rear wing on his 89' C4 964 :

- wing open normally at 80 kph , and close under 20 kph
- you can open/close the wing with the switch in the car, when car is stopped .

The problem is : when wing is open and he brake under 20kph, wing begins to close, but if he goes over 20kph before the wing is fully closed, the wing get stucked where it is, he didn't reopen above 80kph . To make it "reseting" (closing) you have to stop the car, shut down engine, lock the car doors, and when you unlock the car, start the engine, the wing close .

Any clues where we can start diagnosis ? is there a schema or explanation on the components involved in the process on the web ? How does it works ?

It sounds like a controller fault. There are a bunch of transistors in the controller that operate the motor relays. I would guess you have at least one that has died, they cost about 10p each and if you're handy with a soldering iron you can easily replace them (from memory there are six or seven) they are all identical. I would start there.
