Apparently car is coming back from paint tomorrow. Just got this pic so it does look close. My new plates showed up before the car did....

Looking great! I can't wait to see it finished, slate grey is such a cool colour.

Good luck,
Paul

Great colour choice, car will be excellent once it is all done. I really like the all black 1552 Outlaw wheels.

Love the car ... What did you do with the motor? How about the interior?

You said you made the 4 point headlights to mirror the newer headlights. Did you do a post on making the lights? Or do you have info on the parts used to make the lights?
Really like the color, and the job you are doing.

I believe he purchased the lights as seen here, many styles available to suit just about every taste (post #86 shows the 4 points LEDs). I too ordered a set from Francois, great product and member to deal with.

Allegedly the motor has 67k and the leakdown was all 1/2% and compression consistent about 200. When the motor eventually needs to be rebuilt will do it out to 3.8. Other than the headers and all the maintenance items motor is stock. JRZ shocks, short shift kit, upgraded sway bars.
Interior we will have rs door cards, I have a set of gt2 seats, new Porsche classic radio, assorted rennline bits, rothsports shifter.
