could you provide info on the spring rates? Also, there was no option for 92 coupe. only target and cab. When i selected one of those, there was only one kit available (KON-1140-8131). I assume it's the same kit for either coupe or targa?

Unfortunately H&R does not publish spring rates. Yes, according to our fitment guide KON-1140-8131 HERE will work for a C2, C4, Cabrio, and Targa. You can go to that link and check out that way. Just make sure to put the promo code KONI25 at step 4 during check out. Let me know if you have any other questions.

one more questions, does this kit come with the "sport springs" or "super sport springs" from HR?

The 1140 and 1120 part number kits include H&R Sport Springs.
