Default Fifteen52 wheels on a narrow body car?

Guys,
With the blacks Friday sale they have going, I am curious if there are any of their cast wheels on 964s? In a 17", what is the largest wheel that can be fitted unde the car and at what offset?

Make sure you post pictures when you get them mounted.

Here they are on a G body that has a bit of 964 flair/styling.

Paid an up charge to get them sooner. Just got the car and have a bunch of other stuff coming for it too. JRZ rs suspension, this exhaust set up:
, gt2 seats w/ heaters, new steering wheel sans air bag, rs door cards, brake ducts (functional ) and need to do a little window rust repair front and back but not too bad. SW chip...few other suspensions bits, short shifter etc..hope to try and get it together by year end.

that g body has pulled fenders, so not a good comparison really. I was trying to see if any of their cast wheels are made in the right sizes as they are cheaper and could be a near term solution. but it doesn't appear they have a set up premade unless you go to the outlaws which aren't really my cup of tea...

Torsion bar cars use very different offset. Teens and twenties versus 40s and 50s on the 964.

They can sort the right offsets. The fenders on that car are barely pulled it is nowhere near a wide body. I have a pic of my g next to it I'll post later.

Cast wheels are fine. They are just heavy. Most Oem Porsche wheels now are cast.

they are generally heavier than forged, but the form flow cast process can produce really light wheels in a cost effective manner. Depends on their process. Light weight is the 2nd most important feature to me now behind only cost...

........ and safety right? Haha, just having fun

I've worked with the guys at fifteen52 on a few projects in the past and can vouch easily for their wheels. In fact, my wife has a set of their cast wheels on her car now. No way would she be driving around on them with my kids in the car if I didn't fully trust them.

As far as I know, there is a guy in PA that has a set of cast tarmacs on his 964, along with another guy over the pond on his 911, dressed as a 964. But both I believe are running 18's. I'll see if I can find some photos of them. I've been trying to talk to the guys at fifteen52 into making the cast turbo-macs in porsche friendly fitments. I've got a feeling they'd look so good on a 964!

His UN is https://rennlist.com/forums/members/...nycricket.html

I was just talking to him about these wheels due to the sale.
He said that he ran the standard offset that 1552 sells

I'm running the 18x8.5/9.5 staggered set of the tarmac wheels. They fit fine, I did have to roll the fenders in the front to accomodate a wider wheel, but other than that, I haven't had any issues.

yes, safe as well. not looking to run knock offs that would have problems. Maybe we should add round to the qualifications as well.

Is there a common spot to find a fitment guide? I'm looking for the widest 17" wheel I can run without stretching the fenders or running unnaturally skinny tires. In other cars, it has helped to have a coilover with a more tightly wrapped spring in order to fit more tire, is that the case here? Can someone either point me to the right place or give me a hand here?

Also, is there a common place people post used wheels? there don't seem to be too many listed here or on pelican...
