New exhaust system - now or when engine upgraded?
As I was typing the above I thought the answer fairly obvious, but I'll carry on regardless...
I plan to have the engine fettled at some point (perhaps in 12 months or so, ideally with Redtek to achieve +300bhp)), but as I'm impatient and one of my heat exchangers is looking ropy, I was wondering whether I might upgrade the exhaust now? I like the look of the Scott & Haywood full system, but it's a lot of money that might not eventually best fit the engine (I don't know whether Redtek, 9E etc recommend their own systems to suit).
Should I just wait, or enjoy some raspy performance now?

If it were me I would go with whatever Nick at redtek suggests, you might as well have him spec the whole package if you want the best out of it. If I had my sensible head on I'd wait and see what the rebuild throws up, they can quickly get out of hand even if your motor is generally ok as there are loads of while your in there jobs!
