very nice collection, well played, must be a full time job keeping the servicing, MOT's, insurance and tax in order

My C2 came after my first Porsche an 89 5 speed 930, both have their unique characters and I think are excellent choices on your 'to buy' list

Some people don't get on with the 930 as it requires a bit of muscle to hustle and the turbo lag is very old skool in its power delivery so make sure you take a long test drive.

Fantastic collection! Recently saw a Jubi in person and was confused about the 911 badge on the back. Had to look it up haha
Keep it up!

nice to see an early car make an appearance

Now get an S spec motor on MFI built for it and you'll really see why we love these early cars

Interestingly, I've settled on my Porsche stable , it being my long term 1973 2.4S and my 1993 964 C2 .... difference being I prefer LHD

I'm also one of those who don't really enjoy the 930 , long distance tourer maybe, blasting on the moorland roads of North Yorkshire / Co Durham etc no

I like the hunt for the next album, so when I finally get it, it sounds that much better. I like listening to entire albums, each song compliments the previous one, takes you on a journey. Led Zeppelin 1 springs to mind. This is why I name my cars after my favourite girls in music...

It's too easy to download an MP3, consume a single.

The air-cooled stuff has a history, tells a story. The processes of planning, hunting, restoring, modifying and driving analog are rewarding experiences. Giving new life to something old... That moment after a blast when you step out the cabin and look at what you've created. When you know you've built your perfect car. That right there is the stuff dreams are made of to me.

Cheers,
With you on that... 964 are a unique drive and I do miss mine. That said, my 997 is brilliant! For me it does everything with no compromise.

So......I'm into the vinyl, but with a big LCD graphic equaliser to mess about with!

Look forward to the progress reports.

Cheers, for the kind words fellas.

Here's 'Domino', she's named after Fats Domino.

She's a 1955 Oval Window featuring a 1.9Ltr twin carb engine and Wilwood stopping power. She'll be right at home with her younger Porsche Cousins.

I was hoping you were going to post-up a pic of the Oval!!
Saw it on the Samba a while back.
You are a very lucky man with undoubtedly great taste in cars.
Nice addition to the stable

If you can't somehow get Domino to Goodwood I know a man who'll happily pedal her for you.......he's also good a rebuilding split rims in hotel rooms (and no it's not me!).....

I'll be at Goodwood mate, defo catch up

Be careful with that 1973 911. My very first Porsche was a 1972. She tried several times to kill me.
