Default Phase 1 95% Complete

Its been a while in the making but I finally got the 964 looking, sounding and feeling as I always envisioned. Still need to install the air inlets in place of the fog lights, and 20% dark tint; but i'll do that in the fall. Right now I want to drive the **** out it and get it side ways as often as possible. In its current set up it is so precise and fluid it gives me the confidence to drive it as it was meant to; like I stole it! A special thanks to Marty and Carl at MGM Racing. Those dudes know their stuff, are super cool and ego free; a rarity in the business. Also thank you to ***** and Rhonda at FVD where most of the parts came from. ***** even called me from Germany at midnight his time to answer a question; now thats what I call customer service. And Finally thank you to all of you here on both sides of pond for answering all my questions regarding this process. Great group of guys. I've been toying with name the Bandit. Maybe its gold and black but I envision this car being the Bandit in the European version of Smokey and the Bandit. Not sold on it yet though.

Sitting very proper. Cant go wrong with some gold wheels, but I'm slightly biased. If you do night driving, would really be worth to swap away from the H5's.

Thank you for all the kind words. It took a great deal of time but I couldn't be happier with the end result. The fall will be the interior and possibly regearing. For now time to lay some rubber. Headlight swap is under consideration, But I do love the yellowish crapy lighting; reminds me of my youth when all was a blur.

Get it the way you want it and drive it like you stole it. Now that's what I'm talkin about. And who cars about the yellow headlights. A car that looks like yours need to be driven in the daylight where everyone can see it. Enjoy!

I too love that, "I need to reconsider what I'm driving look."

I have two kids and my 964 is my only car, so lots of school and play date pick ups and drop offs. I often wonder what the parents think when I drive off with their kid in back if the 964? Are they excited for their kid, or scared...

My two granddaughters love riding in the back of my 964! They are very disappointed if I don't take the "little white car".

I got a quick question that is really kind of a first world problem....any way to get the ac vent to actually blow it in my direction? Despite my name, I'm only 5'4 so I sit kind of close and with the ac vent all the way towards me it barely hits my ear. I need to really lean to the right to feel it. I'm sure if I were sitting further back it wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately in Florida during this time of year ac is must. Are there replacement vents that turn in more or anything I can do?
