RS door cards with red stitching and Brax speakers
I snapped a couple of photos of my new RS doors and Brax speakers. The speaker rings really match the guage rings and tie it all togther. I deleted the lock to keep the RS cards a little cleaner.

I really like the stripes on the rs door cards, sometime I feel the regular ones lack a little something. And the speakers are a nice match, I think my oem ones are cracking off on the driver side from vibrations.

I am runnig active crossovers so I purchased the 6.1pp woofers with the mounting rings and grills and Matrix 1.1 tweeter as seperate componets. If you are not running active you can buy them as a kit with really nice passive crosovers, that part number is mc2pp.
I really like the simplicity of the two speaker mounted flat to the door but am not 100% about the tweeter being so off axis. The MS8 is doing a really good job and I hope that playing around with the crosover points I can get the sound where I want it. I may end up adding in the 2.1 mid and placing it where the tweeter is now. Then I would move the tweeter up a little and 3d print a small mount that will let me aim it a bit more on axis.
Thanks for all the nice commments

Thanks for the info, they look great. When I turn my attention to my aged speakers if I'm not happy I'll give them try, I like the mix of modern and retro look which will also suit my car.
m2cpp?
Cheers,
Paul

Thanks Man!
I picked them up a few months ago and I think they were under $500
I went with vinyl to match the original panels still left, if I ever retrim my whole interior I will redo them with leather.
