Default I give up! Anyone have a Bosch KDAS 0003 ABS diagnostic tool

I've spent a ton of time and some money trying to chase down what's responsible for my ABS disfunction.

I'm tired of chasing my tail! Anyone have the Bosch KDAS 0003 ABS diagnostic reader that I could rent? I'm in the Bay Area of CA and will pay for shipping.

Thanks.

Anybody, a little help please? Will drive to you if within CA or vicinity (any excuse to drive!).

Thanks.

You can purchase a pretty awesome remake from Europe... while the Euro is down it's less expensive too..

He's looking for THIS mythical unicorn. You see them pop up on ebay every few years but the bidding war quickly makes them slightly unrealistic to buy. I am aware of one that could be rented out but it lives in British Columbia and I'm not sure they would rent to someone outside of Canada or even BC?

Does Tore Bergville still sell the T-OBD? It says out of stock on his website.

There's a place that has software now that emulates it. Works on PCs. Would like to see it converted to a phone app. I have find it. I keep seeing computers pop up on eBay with the software installed and cables. Always in Germany.

All of the phone based (wifi/bluetooth) OBD interfaces are based on the ELM327 and clones of it. None of which support ISO-9141-2 at 8800 baud. So you won't be a able to use them to speak to the ECU, only the C4 ABS, Alarm and Airbag controllers.

Yeah, what I'm seeing is a PC tablet. Just would be sweet to see an app. Still to be able to do what you mentioned would be cool too.

There is Durametric Software.

They sell the PC based software and cables. Kits start at $297.

Looks like someone found a unicorn 10 days ago. A day late and a dollar short.

Thanks guys.

I have the T-OBD reader and am in the process of dialing it in but I don't THINK it will provide me the level of specificity I'm after.

The Bosch KDAS tool has a reading for every component of the entire ABS system.

Got the T-OBD hooked up but the scantool can not read the ABS for a C2.
Looking for a pinout diagram for the ecu plug now.
