52Outlaw on 964

You really pull off the meaty 17" look and these wheels seem to look better in one color than two tone; here they almost seem like one piece wheels. The overall look just works, from the duck tail to the mirrors, even the black headlight rings working together.
I don't doubt that this is close to what Magnus would be driving if he got a 964, style wise it would be right up his alley.

Three Wheelin'
I've been going round and round on this ever since I bought my car and still haven't got far. The decision doesn't seem as simple as 17 or 18. The decision has to take in the style and overal package of the car. Even the colo[u]r of the car seems to make a difference if a wheel size will work or not. Darker cars seem to be able to pull off a greater range of 18s IMO. I agree tho that 17s do look more natural and a tiny bit more period. The slightly extra chunkyness of the tyre makes the difference. These look spot-on on a red car. Perfect fitting tyres, no stretch, vertical tyre walls. OMG - I'm sounding like Frank

Funny you should mention that... Magnus actually expressed his interest in purchasing the car should it be for sale.
