Mine is probably original at 180.000 km. But I have a new on the shelf for this season just because. No problems with the one I have.

Replaced due to non op at 165k miles. The car had been fitted with a test pipe at some point, so the heat shield was not there to protect it from direct engine heat--I imagine this is what killed it.

Based on the service records that came with the car, the O2 sensor was replaced at ~75k miles.
The car is at 123K miles now.

Changed, for '93 change's sake in '10, at 118k miles.

(Fuel injectors were sent out for refurb, spark plug lines and pressure sensor o-ring being replaced -- you get the idea.)

The old one was still working fine (no mpg bump noted), so it was relegated to a garage shelf.

Replaced at 95k miles due to hunting at idle and intermittent hesitation at low revs. These things have some peculiar failure modes.

Replaced mine a year or two ago at around 100k miles during a major-ish service including plugs, wires, caps, rotors, coils, cylinder head temp sensor, injectors serviced, new rubber bits, etc.

I was trying to solve an intermittent hesitation that progressed to an undriveable car. It went away. Luckily.

Changed mine as a precaution at 150,000 miles. Nothing to really say it needed it but I thought it deserved one!
