Default 964 Power Steering Belt Tension

I have my engine out at the moment to address a couple of leaks...

While it is out, I changed the p/s pump camshaft seal and o ring...
But now I am wondering if I should change the belt too... I'm not sure how much tension there should be, but in mine there is not much tension at all...
Here's a couple of pics slack, and pinched in to give you an idea of movement...

Also, I have ready about an internal seal kit, but cannot find them on PP... The wheel on my pump has the letter F in white pen.. I assume someone did that and that the seals are perhaps already replaced?

If you are questioning the condition, then I would change it. When I installed a new belt recently, its fairly tight. You can barely get it on.

The belt is toothed, so it doesn't rely on tension to work.
So easy to change at this point, why not ?

Only reason being, I am eager to get the motor back in the car and drive it!
I guess I will have to order a belt and wait.. it def makes sense.
