I am going to sniff out a oil leak near thermostat and replace rubber trim on rockers while I am at it. Good job for a crappy cold rainy day.
Just noticed I spelled "what" wrong on my phone. No way to fix it. Oh well. Ha.

Replacing front ARB bushes and putting the rebushed front A wishbones back on, if it stays dry enough.

Continuing my hunt for a replacement 964.

Just finished off fitting a tracker. I can now phone my car to see where it is! This does help with early onset Alzheimer's

Oh yes you can and while you are at it, you can fix "thier" as well.

Putting the 64 away for winter storage and I'm hoping to replace the console lights with LED's this weekend. But first I have to replace the front grille on my wife's Murano.

No car work this weekend. I need to replace some headlight bulbs in my daughter's car. Tomorrow, I'm hoping to take my coupe a long drive, doing some leaf peeping. Meanwhile, I visited my cab at the body shop yesterday. The accident damage is finished and shell and doors have been painted. They still need to paint the bumpers, rocker panels and misc little parts. Hoping to get it back later this month. The new Guards Red looks fantastic.

Mine is at the Dr. this weekend for a new clutch master and a good check over for an ambitious adventure I have planned that begins this coming Thursday. There's a chance I'll have her back today, but I'm not holding my breath.

I just got under the front of the car and confirmed that my steering rack is leaking like a sieve. I'm now making plans to get my hands on a refurbished unit.

I think I might replace the tie rods and drop links too as the rubber boots are all ripped.

I would replace the rubber bellows on the rack too, while you have it apart. I tried to reuse mine and it was a mistake. The rubber was very dry and brittle. I ended up having to take it apart again to replace them.

I will be thinking about my 964 this weekend as I will be camping near my home most of the time. I hope to get to a leak down test next weekend on my C4 and then figure out what to do next.

How do you edit the thread subject? Glad to hear the cab is coming back together Rob. I fixed the oil gusher. It was a hose clamp I prob didn't tighten enough when I swapped oil tanks during motor install. I am still messing with the side covers putting in new rubber strips. I pressure washed the thermostat to find leak and clean all the crap off and then noticed the garage and house could use a wash near where I was working. So, taking my sweet time.
