If anyone is still following this thread I wanted to report that my top finally shipped from France yesterday October 24 scheduled to arrive in Jacksonville this coming Tuesday via air freight. Once it arrives I'm going to start a new thread to share the experience. D. Moris is not the best company when it comes to communication but luckily my brother in law speaks French. They said they had an issue finding one piece of OEM glass for the top and that's why shipping was delayed. Here we go.

Can't believe this thread has not one pic of a top finished. Is it like splitting an atom?

Doing one of these tops seems like me renovating my kitchen...she is still giving me hell to get on to the next step, and I am still thinking and "working" on the solution....years will pass...lol...

Don't worry, as soon as it gets in it's going to the paint shop. It's starting to get cold in Florida. I've been waiting a long time for this.

Are you guys planning to run the hardtop year round or are you planning to swap back and forth depending on the season? Reason I ask is that it looks like a huge PITA to R&R the tops, but the hardtop looks really good.

Man sorry guys. Life took a turn for the better (new job) and in the last two weeks I've been on the road for 9/14 days. This is when I thought I'd be able to get it on. (My wife would say, "that's what he said", a not as funny version of that's what she said).

I've for some easy periphery work to do, but hopefully In the next few weeks as my schedule normalizes I'll dedicate a day to getting this done.

I think the hard tops arrived infected with the Ebola virus because this thread is dead. I think I counted 3 hard tops delivered and 1 being shipped and not one has been installed yet. What is going on guys?? This is like we are waiting for the next season of a TV series to come out.

Well, I didn't get a D. Morris. Got my fiberglass top out of CA, last one they made.
Painted and on. Not as nice, but light weight, saved about 60+ lbs over cab set-up. Need to finish interior.
