Defo cultwerks. I used the eBay ones and they don't fit that good. Cultwerks are the best by far.

The FVD kit is good too, fit well and provides proper cool air to the brakes, easy to fit

For US cars, does that eliminate the bumperettes?

Yes it does. Fog light with bumperette on the left, Cult-Werk air duct on the right.

Remove bumper, remove fog lights, drill rivet to remove bumperette brackets, cutout the back with a dremel, install air duct, reinstall bumper, admire your work.

The question really is - "Does putting a vent hole in the bumper really improve brake cooling??" This offers no duct work to get the air to the brake disk and appears to be more of a cosmetic addition than functional.

A friend's shop, and only a small portion of it shown.

Correct, the Cult-Werk does not offer duct work but one could easily source the needed parts to make it functional. In my case, it is a purely cosmetic mod.

Routing duct work is the main issue as the front tire turn in is at a maximum and significantly restricts the shape/size of duct work allowed.
