Yes, I used him on the 964 and my brother just used his services on his '71 911 last month. No, his turnaround time was as promised... Within 2 weeks if memory serves me correct. Sorry to hear yours is taking a bit longer.

I wasn't in a hurry, but I was told about a week to regrind my cams and recondition my rockers and rocker shafts. I began calling after 2.5 weeks and nobody would answer. John finally picked up the phone after 4 weeks. Got everything back a week later. Had a few rockers that I had to debur the edges so that the rocker shafts would slide through smoothly when I put everything back together. Not the most positive experience.
